Eddie and Tiffany McNeely are the heart and soul of this highly successful real estate team. The principal that guides everything they do is the conviction that every real estate transaction is more than a contract and a set of duties to fulfill. It is a relationship between broker and client, founded on trust, competence, communication, and focus on the goal of “SOLD."
The McNeelys’ journey began years ago by a chance meeting -- or destiny, perhaps -- on a golf course. Not long after, they married and began travelling to coastal destinations, from the Carolinas to the Caribbean. They discovered a mutual passion for investing in seaside real estate, and what began as a personal journey transformed into the professional pursuit of helping others realize their home ownership dreams, as licensed brokers in North and South Carolina.
Truly a team, their formula for success stems from their complementary talents, skills, and personalities. Eddie, a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, brings his keen business instincts and relentless study of market conditions and trends, continually seeking out world-class coaching to stay at the forefront of evolving practices and cutting-edge technology. Tiffany, who completed her graduate education at East Tennessee State University, brings her creative talents to shine a spotlight on every property through the globally-reaching marketing channels of Sotheby's International Realty.
Family, God, and service balance out the McNeelys' lives. They are active in the community, coaching youth sports and volunteering at their church. And whenever time permits, you can be sure they will be out golfing on one of the area's fine golf courses, boating on the water, or just basking in the sunshine on one of Carolina's beautiful beaches!
